Veg Cutlet using wheat flour

Wheat based recipe by Saloni Ramachandran  This vegetable cutlet made of wheat dipping is of great taste and also very nutritious for those young and busy bodies that are always up and running :-) Makes a wholesome snack with the right blend of vegetables and wheat it's sure to become a favorite evening time snack of everyone in the family! Preparation Time: About 45 minutes Ingredients: 1 cup of wheat flour (100gms) 1 large potato 1 cup of finely chopped mixed vegetables (Green peas, Carrots, Beans) 2 Onions finely chopped (I personally don't like using onions but some may like it!) small amount of finely chopped coriander leaves (optional) 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder (reduce if you want it less spicy) 1 tablespoon of dhania powder/corriander powder Asafoetida/Hing (1 pinch) (Use only when you don't use onions) 1 inch of finely chopped ginger 10. Recipe to make Cheese Cutlet

Cutlets are healthy snack for kids during the summer holidays. Ingredient: Potato - 2 nos Maida / Multipurpose flour - 4 tsp Onion - 1 Salt to taste Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Cheese - 200 gms Green Chilly - 1 no Bread Crumbs  - 1/4 cup Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup Method: Chop green chilly and coriander leaves finely. Boil potato, mash finely. Mix Maida with a little water to make a fine paste. Spread bread crumbs in a flat plate. Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and grated green chilly to the mashed potato. Mix them thoroughly. Make small balls of the potato. Cut cheese into small cubes. Make a small hole in the potato ball and insert the cheese cubes into it and close it. Flatten the potato balls. Dip it in the maida flour and roll it in the bread crumbs and shallow fry it or fry it in tawa. 

Paneer Cutlet (Patties)

A dish that makes a great dish for evening snacks for kids. This also makes a great starter for parties too. Ingredients : Paneer - 300 gms Potato - 2 big Bread - 2 slices Onion - 1 Big Green Chillies - 2 nos Corn Flour - 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup Oil - 1/4 cup Salt to taste   Method: Pressure cook the potatoes and mash them. Mash the paneer thoroughly. In a plate add 1/4 cup of water and place the bread slices flat and after a min squeeze the water from the slices and crumble them. Cut the onions and green chillies finely. In a shallow bowl, mix the paneer, potatoes, onions, green chillies, corn flour, chopped coriander leaves, bread pieces and salt. Shape the mixture into desired shape of cutlets. (heart shape, circle, or diamond shaped). Let them set in freezer for about 15 to 20 mins. Heat a tawa and add oil to it. Place the cutlets in the tawa. Turn after a min. Ensure that both the sides are golden brown in colour. Note:    Do not add more than 4 or
