Recipe to make Cheese Cutlet

Cutlets are healthy snack for kids during the summer holidays. Ingredient: Potato - 2 nos Maida / Multipurpose flour - 4 tsp Onion - 1 Salt to taste Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Cheese - 200 gms Green Chilly - 1 no Bread Crumbs  - 1/4 cup Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup Method: Chop green chilly and coriander leaves finely. Boil potato, mash finely. Mix Maida with a little water to make a fine paste. Spread bread crumbs in a flat plate. Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and grated green chilly to the mashed potato. Mix them thoroughly. Make small balls of the potato. Cut cheese into small cubes. Make a small hole in the potato ball and insert the cheese cubes into it and close it. Flatten the potato balls. Dip it in the maida flour and roll it in the bread crumbs and shallow fry it or fry it in tawa.

Ingredients: Gram Flour - 2 Cups Wheat Flour - 1/4 cup Rawa - 1/4 cup Rice or Corn Flour - 1/2 cup Ginger Garlic Paste - tbsp Sugar - 1 tbsp Salt to taste Lemon Juice - 2 tsp Ginger - 1 inch piece Eno Salt - one sachet Coriander Leaves - 4 cups Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Chilly Powder - 2 tsp Poppy seeds - 2 to 4 tsp White sesame seeds - 2 to 4 tsp Ground nuts - 1/2 cup Garam Masala Powder - 3 tsp Oil to fry Method: Dry mix all the powders except Eno Salt and Coriander Leaves. Add the coriander leaves the powders and make a paste to the consistency of batter. Add the Eno Salt and mix the batter fast. This will help in the batter rise. Grease a shallow plate and pour the batter in it and pressure cook in medium flame for about 20 mins. Transfer it to another flat vessel and cut into desired shapes. The first and fore most is to make Chilly Oil. Ingredients: Kashmiri Red Chillies - 25 nos Refined Oil -  1 cup Method: Break the red chillies into big pieces. Heat the oil in a pan in medium flame till it reaches the smoking point. Add the chillies and switch off the gas (and move out of the kitchen). After a few mins. Cover and keep it aside for about an hour or two. Strain the oil alone through a double filter. This oil can be used to make chinese dishes or adapted Indo-Chinese dishes. The red chillies can be used in south Indian dishes like sambar (while grinding the paste for it)

Pressure cook for 10 mts. Ravai should be thoroughly cooked. Boil remianing two cups of milk. dissolve jaggery in little water and strain. Add it to the milk. bring it to boil. Now add cooked godhumai ravai. mix well. Cook it in sim flame. Add sugarless khova and cardomom. Fry cashewnuts and raisins in ghee and add it to the payasam. Serve hot.

It is called as fada.) - 1 cup Toor Dhal, bengal gram dhal, urad dhal - put together 1 cup. Red chillies - 4 Asafoetida - little Idli molagapodi - 1 tablespoon For seasoning - oil, mustard, urad, asafoetia, turmeric, cumin, an curry leaves. Shredded Coconut - 2-3 tablespoons.
