Nutrient-Rich Moong Dal Soup: Wholesome Weaning Food for Babies

  • 1/4 cup split yellow Moong Dal

  4. Adjust the Consistency:

    • Transfer the blended Moong Dal paste to a saucepan and add 1 cup of water to it.
    • Stir well to combine and adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed to achieve a liquid consistency.
  5. Season the Soup:

    • Add a pinch of salt to the Moong Dal soup for flavor. Optionally, you can also add a pinch of pepper powder for a subtle kick.
  6. Serve to Your Baby:

    • Serve the Moong Dal soup to your baby during lunchtime, breakfast, or as a mid-morning snack.
    • Ensure the soup is at a lukewarm temperature before feeding it to your baby.
