Ingredients:
1. Veppambu - 6-7 tblspns
2. Red chillies - 4-5
3. Asafoetida - 2 pinches
4. Tamarind - one medium lemon sized
5. Salt - as needed
6. Oil - 2 tblspns

Method:
1. Fry veppambu, chillies, and asafoetida.
2. Grind it along with tamarind and salt.
3. Thogaiyal is ready. Mix it with rice and ghee/nallennai and enjoy.
