Week End Menu Day 1 by Lakshmi

Day One:

Breakfast - Idly and Indian Flag Tri-Colour Chutney, Seasonal Juice (This season its watermelon Juice)

Lunch - Rice, Garlic Kozhambu, Chow Chow Molagootal (Kootu), Cucumber Pachadi, Bittergourd Curry, Lemon - Garlic Rasam, Curd

Evening Snack - 4 pm mostly seasonal fruits, This month its Khirni with honey or taste. Boiled peanuts and Pomegranate.

Dinner- 7pm Ragi Dosa with left over morning chutneys (except coconut)
