Cherry Tomato Pachadi by Uma Sridharan

Ingredients
Cherry tomato 10 nos
Grated coconut 1/4 cup
Green chillies 2
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Chopped coriander 1 tbs
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Curd 2 cups
Salt to taste

Preparation
Slit cherry tomatoes into two. Grind coconut, green chillies and salt to a fine paste.
Beat curd without any lumps. Do not add water. Now mix all the ingredients and cherry tomatoes.
Season it with mustard seeds.
