Cabbage Curry by Uma Sridharan

Ingredients
Cabbage 750 gms
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Coconut grated 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Urid dhall 1/2 tsp
Coconut oil 1 tbsp

Preparation
Shred and wash cabbage. Drain the water. Add turmeric powder and pressure cook for 5 mts.
In a heavy bottomed vessel pour coconut oil and add mustard seeds and urid dhall.
When they pop, add the cabbage. If there is water in it, squeeze and drain.
Add salt and grated coconut. Mix well. Remove from heat.
