Vedikkavitta morkozhambu

This is a different kind of morkozhambu which can be made easily even when there is no power. 

Sour curd thick - 2 cups
Rice flour - 2 tsp
Red Chilly - 4 nos
Methi seeds - 1/4 tsp
Thuvar dal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Hing - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp

In curd add rice flour, salt and turmeric powder and set aside.

Heat a hard bottom pan or vessel and add mustard seeds, when it splutters add curry leaves, red chilly, thuvar dal and methi seeds. Saute well and add the curd mixture. If it is thick add 1/2 cup of water and mix well. Bring it to just one boil. Remove from flame. Add finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve with Adai or Wheat Adai

You can add any vathals like Manathakkali, Sundaikkai or add thakkali after adding the seasoning which will give a different taste to the dish. 
This can also be had with hot rice and ghee
