A diet Raitha which acts both as a side dish and also as a filler dish for dieters. This can be had as a lunch option for the dieters. Ingredients: Sprouted Green Gram Dal - 1 cup Unsour Curd - 1 cup Shallots (Small Onions) - 6 nos Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Leaves - Finely chopped - 1/4 cup Salt to taste Method: Mix curd, Sprouted Green Gram Dal, Salt well. Add finely chopped shallots and coriander leaves. Mix well and have it immediatly. If left outside the curd will turn sour. |
