Samosas using Pastry sheets

My kids have always been so fond of samosas and puffs. Samosas I make at home but puffs, I was not able to do it as it need to be baked. But after purchasing my OTG, when I went to shopping, I was so inclined towards the pastry sheets in Amma Naana, opposite to ITC Park Sheraton. The shop stores almost every thing that some exquisite cooking is to be done. Though I am yet to explore every single shelf of their cooking stuff, I just grabbed these pastry sheets. But still, I was not confident enough to make puff, but I made samosas using these pastry sheets, which came out in rectangle shape. I did deep fry them (I definitely know I did a big injustice, all bakers forgive me). But I dont want to waste them.

Pastry Sheets - 12 nos
Potato Stuffing - 12 balls
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Oil for frying

Remove the pastry sheet from the freezer and let it come to room temperature. Mix the corn flour in water and make a thick paste. Prepare the potato stuffing and make 12 medium sized balls out of it. Place the stuffing on the pastry sheet and fold all the four corners. Paste the ends with the corn flour paste and set it aside. When all the sheets are covered fry them in oil. Turn both the sides till they become golden brown in colour. Remove from flame and serve with green chutney
