Red Chilly Paste

A paste that can be used in a majority of Tandoor dishes and also to marinate dishes. 

Ingredients:
Red Chillies - 250 gms
Sugar - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tbsp
Salt - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1/4 cup

Method:
Grind the Red Chillies with cumin seeds, salt and sugar to a fine paste. Add lemon juice and mix well. 

Refregirate it and use it as and when required. Before using it keep it outside for 10 mins, just before using.
