Potato Roasty - Kids delight

Kids love potato in any form. Roasty can be used in sandwich or can be eaten as it is. 

Ingredients:
Potato - 3 to 4 (big)
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cheese - 1 cube
Oil - 2 tbsp

Method:
Peel and boil potato in a shallow vessel till half cooked (Can be cooked covered for faster cooking). When done, grate the potatoes. Mix required salt and pepper powder. Ensure it is evenly coated. Grate the cheese and keep it ready.

In a shallow pan or deep Tawa, add oil and spread it evenly so that the whole pan is well coated with oil. Reduce the flame and add the grated potato, spread it evenly all over the tawa. Spread the cheese on the potato and close it with a lid. Cook in medium flame for about 15 to 20 mins. Need not turn it to the other side. 

Covered cooking will ensure the potatoes cooked well. Medium flame cooking will roast the potatoes. 

How to serve:
Cut them into slices like that of pizza slices. Serve with Tomato Sauce
Cut them into squares and place them inside toasted bread to make a yummy sandwhich
