Another easy to use rice mix powder. Ingredients: Raw Peanuts - 1/2 cup Urad Dal - 1/4 cup Channa Dal - 1/4 cup Red chilly - 6 to 8 nos Asafodeita - 1/2 inch piece Gingely oil - 1 tbsp Salt to taste Method: Dry roast peanuts till it becomes golden brown. Heat oil in a pan and roast urad dal, red chilly, asafodeita. Grind everything to a fine powder along with required salt. Store it in air tight container. Serve with hot rice and ghee or gingely oil. Alternatively one can use the ready made roasted peanuts available in the shops and grind it with Red chilly, Asafodeita powder and salt too. |
