Babies need to be introduced to a variety of food at a very early age so that they get used to different tastes and textures of different kinds of foods. Ingredients: Sweet Potato - 1 Milk - 1/4 cup Palm Sugar - 2 tbsp Method: Dice sweet potatoes and boil it till they become tender. Drain the water, add milk and palm sugar and mash thoroughly.
