Masala Peanuts

Ground Nuts: - 2 cups
Rice Flour - 1/2 cup
Bengal Gram Flour - 1/2 cup
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp (can increase if need a bit more)
Water - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

In a shallow pan add ground nuts, rice flour, bengal gram flour, turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt and mix well. Add the water little by little and ensure all the groundnuts are coated well with the flour mixture. Let it set for about 10 mins.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the ground nut a few at a time. When it turns golden brown remove and drain. Decorate it with fried curry leaves and serve as evening snack.
