During mango season one can make this mixed rice as often as possible. Ingredients: Mango - 1 (little bit sour type) Rice - 1 1/2 cups To season: Gingely oil - 2 tsp Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Asafodeita powder - 1 tsp Green chillies - 2 nos (slit into half) Ghee - 8 spoons Salt to taste Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Method: Grate mango. Add ghee and gingely oil in a pan. When hot add mustard seeds, asafodeita powder, green chillies. Add the grated mango and turmeric powder. Saute till the water dries up. Add required salt.
