Mango Rice

During mango season one can make this mixed rice as often as possible. 

Ingredients:
Mango - 1 (little bit sour type)
Rice - 1 1/2 cups

To season:
Gingely oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Asafodeita powder - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 2 nos (slit into half)
Ghee - 8 spoons
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Method:
Grate mango. Add ghee and gingely oil in a pan. When hot add mustard seeds, asafodeita powder, green chillies. Add the grated mango and turmeric powder. Saute till the water dries up. Add required salt. When it is warm add the rice and mix well.
