Keerai Masiyal by Uma Sridharan

Ingredients:
Mulai Keerai 1 bunch
Toor dhall 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Lime (chunnambu) 1 pinch
Red chillies 2
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Urid dhall 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
Coconut oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste.

Preparation 
Wash and chop the keerai. Add turmeric powder, lime and salt. Boil it. When done mash it.
Boil toor dhall and mash it. Mix it with mashed keerai.
Heat a kadai. Pour coconut oil. Add mustard seeds, asafoetida, jeera, urid dhall, asafoetida and broken chillies.
When done pour it to the mashed keerai.
Mix well and serve.
