This is an instant Paruppu Podi which is most suitable for bachelor too. Normally Paruppu Podi is made using Thuvar Dal but this is made using Pottukadalai, or fried Bengal gram dal or Dalia. Ingredients: Fried Gram Dal - 1/2 cup Red Chilly - 4 nos Black Pepper - 25 nos Salt to taste. (Better use roack salt) Method: Grind all the ingredients to a very fine powder. Store it in an airtight container. |
