How to make Yoghurt dip at home

Thick Milk Yoghurt - 1 litre
White Sesame Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mint Leaves - 1/4 cup
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 4 cloves
Green Chilly - `1 no

Hung the yoghurt in a muslin cloth and drain all the excess water. Press well and ensure no water is left. Toast the sesame seeds and crush them lightly. Chop the mint leaves, garlic and Green Chilly finely. Beat the curd well and make a paste, mix in sesame seeds, mint leaves, garlic and green chilly along with salt and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly and chill. 

This makes a great dip for Garlic bread, French Fries, Cutlets, Kebabs and even bread toast.
