This is another powder, that can be had both as a side dish and can also be mixed in rice. Ingredients: Garlic - 1 whole Coconut Grated - 1/4 cup Red Chillies - 10 to 12 nos Salt to taste Method: Fry garlic, red chilly in 1/2 tsp of oil. When cold grind all the ingredients together. Store in an airtight container in fridge. Note: This powder can be added to hot rice along with ghee. |
