Onion Raitha - Method 2

This is another method of raitha using Onion which I make when making dishes like Bisibela bath or tomato rice. 

Onions - 4
Green Chillies - 2 nos
Curd - 2 cups
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves and coriander leaves a few

Chop onions and green chillies. In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, when it splutters add urad dal and saute till it starts browning. Add green chillies, chopped onions and curry leaves and saute them till the raw smell of the onions goes off. Transfer to a serving bowl. Add beaten curd just before serving along with chopped coriander leaves.
