Elanthai Vadam Pachadi

Being a crazy fan of Elanthai Vadam, I have always grabbed it and gobbled it down in no span of time, every time I get a chance. But while adding the combination recipes I came across Elanthai Vadam Pachadi and from then on was searching for the recipe of the same. I just happenned to see that recipe in one magazine and tried it ofcourse a very little as I am not so sure how the family will like it. 

Elanthai Vadam - Big 1 or small 10
Jaggery - 1/4 cup grated
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp

Soak Elanthai Vadam in warm water for 5 mins. Grind to a paste in mixie. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Add the ground paste and jaggery and mix well. Bring it to a boil.
