Ingredients: Coriander seeds - 1/4 cup Red Chilly - 1 nos Black Pepper - 12 nos Garlic pods - 6 Jeera - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Method: In a pan roast coriander seeds, pepper, jeera and red chilly one by one till aroma arises.Cool and grind all the ingredients. In the hot the pan spread the garlic pods and after grinding the dry roast ingredients add the garlic pods and grind it too. (Just a swril will do). Store in airtight container. Better in fridge. Serve with hot rice and ghee or gingely oil. |
