As daughter is intolerant to jackfruit smell and taste, she opted for something with chickoo. It tasted very good. Ingredients: Chickoo - 4 nos Chocolate Ice cream - 1 scoop Milk - 1 cup Sugar - 2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup - 2 tbsp Method: Grind chickoo with milk and sugar to a fine paste. Transfer it to a whipper and add chocolate ice cream and whip twice. Serve in a tall glass with chocolate syrup on top. |
