Every other day, it is a definite brain scratching exercise to find out something new to give as after school snack / tiffen for the kids. It should be healthy and also tasty too. And it should also be to the liking of the kids. Here is one such dish that kids love so much. And if necessary it could be made by the kids too.

Ingredients:
Bread - 4 slices
Green Chutney - 1/2 cup
Potoatoes - 2 nos
Cucumber - 1/2
Tomato - 2 nos
Onion - 1 no
Chat Masala - 1 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Butter - 1/4 cup or 4 tsp

Method:
Boil, peel and slice the potatoes to thin slices. Slice tomatoes and cucumber also thinly. Mix salt and pepper together finely.

Cut the edges of the bread slices and spread 1 tsp of butter on one side of each of the slices. Spread 1 tsp of green chutney on the buttered side. Place 2 to 3 slices of cucumber and sprinkle salt and pepper. Place potato slices and sprinkle salt and pepper mixture again and place tomato slices on top and cover with another slice of bread which is spread with butter and green chutney. Place it in a sandwich maker and get it done.

Serve it as it is or with ketchup.
