Ingredients: Barley - 1 cup Method: Grind Barley to a fine powder, sieve to ensure no coarse and raw powder is left. Grind again and store it in an airtight container. To make porridge, add 2 tbsp of the powder to 1 cup of water. Mix well, and ensure no lumps are formed. Ensure it is cooked well and becomes a thick paste like consistency. Add breast milk, or formula or any plain juice to feed the babies. |
