Banana Mash

One of the best weaning food for the babies, which can be given both at the breakfast time or in the evening snack time is mashed bananas. 

Ingredients:
Ripe Banana - 1 no
Honey - 1/2 tsp (optional)

Method:
Cut the bananas into small pieces and mash it thoroughly with the back of a spoon. Puree it only if doctor advises it. If the baby is in the teething stage, then it is better not to puree it so that the baby will be able to try to chew the small pieces. Honey could be avoided unless, a new taste is need to be introduced.
