Vegetable Jalfarize is one dish which we order regularly during our restaurant visits. I have tried it at home a few times but did not fry it that much as it is done in the restaurants. Tried out baking it along with a dash of cheese and Paneer and it became a great hit with kids

French Beans - 100 gms
Carrots - 100 gms
Cauliflower - 1 cup florets
Green Peas - 100 gms
Onion - 2 nos
Tomato - 1 kg
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilly- 1 no
Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Paneer - 100 gms
Cheese - 1 cube
Oil - 4 tsp
Salt to taste

Chop onions and 1 tomato finely. Grate Paneer, green chillies. Wash and clean the vegetables and chop them finely. Make a puree of the remaining tomatoes.  Chop coriander leaves finely. Preheat the OTG at 200 deg for 10 mins.

In a pan heat oil and fry the onions. When it turns glossy add the tomatoes and chopped green chilly and saute them for a while. Mash the tomatoes while sauteing. Add the vegetables, chilly powder, garam masala and salt and saute them again for a few mins. Sprinkle coriander leaves and spread the tomato puree on top and sprinkle grated paneer and cheese.

Bake it for 10 mins in 200 deg C
