Baby Corn Golden Fry

A starter dish or an evening snack for kids, this baby corn golden fry is always delicious and is liked by all ages. 

Ingredients:
Baby Corn - 20 nos (makes 40 pieces if slit into half and makes 80 pieces if slit into half vertically and half horizontally)
Corn Flour - 1/4 cup
Besan Flour - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chilly Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Oil to fry

Method:
Mix corn flour, Besan flour, salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder in water and make a paste. Slit Baby Corn according to your taste. Put the cut pieces in the paste and ensure it is well coated. Let it set for a few minutes. Heat oil in a pan and when hot reduce the flame and put the pieces one by one, ensure they don't stick with each other. Fry till they become golden in colour. Remove from oil, drain and serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup
