Green Chilly

Chilli Pepper is commonly called as Chilli in most of the British colonial countries. This is an origion of Ameria but now is cultivated across the world. To give
the spicyness to the food, these green chillies are used. They are grown through out the year. In cooking the chillies are used without the stalk. When picking up green chillies from the vegetable vendor it is better to choose the unripe and fresh ones. There will always be ripe ones and not so good ones mixed. Store them in a container in fridge and in a cool and dry place.
