Varuvals

Veggies especially root vegetables and a few green vegetables like cluster beans, bitter gourd are made to use Varuvals. Cut them into desired shape (mostly into smaller pieces) and deep fry them in oil drain and add salt and spice according to one's taste. Varuvals are made mostly during festivals or during devasams and Pondugals.
